With climate change becoming an increasingly urgent problem, many experts express concern with the lack of policy based on the science, especially in the United States, and with the way the media has covered climate change.
Before they head back to their research, the conference closes with a hilltop picnic at the tent where the scientists join together for meals and to continue sharing research during the conference.
